ReplyDeleteDear Lily, there must be much beauty and inner strength in your heart and mind to be able to create this new special tangle Agni and draw this stunning tile while you go through a very difficult time. This makes you a very special person and may you never lose that. Thank you for Agni. XOXO

ReplyDeleteMy thoughts are with you....
ReplyDeleteI have just read the sad news of your daughter's passing. It is with heartfelt sorrow that I express my sincerest sympathy. My own daughter left us two years ago. Her death has left a huge hole in our lives, but memories of her will stay precious forever. My heart goes out to you. Tangling saved my life during and after that dreadful time. It will do the same for you. HUGS! Jeanne Paglio
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely tribute to your daughter, I'm sure she is looking down and so proud of you. (((Hugs))) to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteDear Lily,
ReplyDeleteMay you and yours find peace in your hearts from fond memories of your daughter. What a beautiful tribute to her with your lovely Agni tangle. May each day become a little easier. I wish you strength and happiness. You give so much to us. Hope you can feel all the love sent your way.
Dear Lily,
ReplyDeleteI know what it is to lose one's child--both of mine have died, my daughter right at birth 39 years ago, and my son at the age of 31 ten years ago--and I know a little of the heart-wrenching battle with grief we parents have to go through. It's different for each of us, and all I can do is encourage you to be strong, but to also allow yourself to grieve as you need to. Even now, ten years after my wonderful son's death, I find myself suddenly in tears, and I just let it happen. I do know for you that eventually the pain will ease, and that there will be joy again; it takes time, but it does happen.
Your spectacular artwork is a wonderful way to express your feelings, and to help you get through this very hard time. Mine did for me--I'm not the talented artist you are, my work being almost "plain" compared to yours--and it takes a lot of the rough edges off the days.
Please know that you're loved, and that here is another mother who truly does understand your loss, for the most part.
Am sending you every good vibe. May you find peace in your heart and mind. ♡♡♡
ReplyDeleteIt's made even more beautiful by the touching story. Thank you for sharing, and God bless you all.
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous! What a wonderful tribute to your daughter.
